The Tsnori Multifunctional Complex is a competition proposal featuring a modular architectural design composed of four independent blocks. This strategic fragmentation allows the complex to harmonize with the local low-rise urban fabric of the Sighnaghi municipality by reducing the building's perceived mass. The complex is divided into specialized zones, including an aquatic block with a $30\times25$ m international standard pool , two sports blocks for disciplines such as judo, boxing, and volleyball , and a cultural-educational block housing a library and media center. Architecturally, the project utilizes a metal frame system and is characterized by terracotta ceramic shingle facades that reinterpret the traditional tile roofs of the region. These solid volumes are elevated upon a continuous glass belt, creating a "floating" effect while maximizing natural lighting and energy efficiency through Low-E glazing.
